Can each USB-C port provide 140W charging?
Yes. USB-C1 and USB-C2 can each support up to 140W maximum output when used individually with a compatible PD3.1 device and an appropriate USB-C cable.
Actual charging power depends on the connected device, charging protocol and cable.
Can I charge multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. The MagCube features two USB-C ports and one USB-A port, allowing you to charge up to three devices simultaneously.
When multiple devices are connected, the available power is intelligently distributed according to the charging requirements and protocols of the connected devices. The total output of the charger is limited to 140W maximum.
Can it charge a MacBook Pro 16" at 140W?
Yes. When using a compatible PD3.1 MacBook Pro and a suitable USB-C cable, either USB-C port can provide up to 140W charging when used individually.
Actual charging speed may vary depending on your MacBook model, battery level, system activity, temperature and power management.
Do I need a special cable for 140W charging?
Yes. To achieve up to 140W PD3.1 charging, you need a compatible USB-C cable that supports the required PD3.1 power level.
For the best charging performance, we recommend using a certified high-power USB-C cable rated for 140W or higher.
Does this charger support Samsung 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0?
Yes. The USB-C ports support compatible Samsung 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 devices.
Actual charging speed depends on the specific Samsung device, charging protocol and USB-C cable being used.
Why is my device not charging at the full 140W?
The charger can provide up to 140W, but your device will only draw the power supported by its own charging system.
Charging speed can also be affected by:
• Device charging protocol limitations
• USB-C cable specifications
• Battery level
• Device temperature
• Background system activity
• Multiple devices charging simultaneously
For example, many laptops support a maximum charging power lower than 140W.
Why does the charging power change when I connect another device?
When multiple devices are connected, the charger automatically redistributes its available power between the USB-C and USB-A ports.
Your devices may renegotiate their charging power when another device is connected or disconnected. This is a normal part of multi-port charging.
What do the three colored charging lights mean?
The AOHI MagCube uses a three-stage charging indicator:
• Amber Breathing Light: Fast Charging Mode
• Blue Solid Light: Standard Charging Mode
• Green Solid Light: Trickle Charging Mode
The indicator changes automatically according to the charging status of your connected device.
Does the charger get warm during 140W charging?
It is normal for a high-power charger to become warm during operation, especially when delivering high power for an extended period.
The AOHI MagCube uses AOHICE 3.0 intelligent temperature control and heat management technology to monitor operating conditions and help maintain stable charging performance.
Can I use this charger while traveling internationally?
The charger supports a 100–240V input range, making it suitable for use in many countries with the appropriate plug adapter.
Please ensure that the wall outlet adapter is compatible with the local electrical outlet standard.
Does the charger work with Dell laptops?
The charger is compatible with many USB-C powered Dell laptops. However, some Dell models use proprietary charging protocols or have specific power requirements that may limit the charging speed.
As a result, certain Dell laptops may not charge at their maximum supported power through third-party USB-C chargers.
Can I charge an iPhone, iPad and laptop at the same time?
Yes. The two USB-C ports and one USB-A port allow you to charge multiple devices simultaneously.
You can connect a compatible laptop, tablet and smartphone at the same time. The charger automatically manages the available power between connected devices.
Is the plug foldable?
Yes. The AOHI MagCube features a foldable plug design, making it more convenient to store and carry in a backpack, laptop bag or travel case.
