🌎 Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship worldwide.

Depending on product type, order details, inventory availability, and destination country, your order may be shipped either from our US warehouse or from our overseas warehouses.


📬 Will Multiple Items Arrive Together?

We do our best to ship all items in a single shipment whenever possible.

However, battery-powered products and non-battery products may be shipped separately, as power banks and other lithium battery products require specialized logistics channels.

As a result, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for the same order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Worry-Free Purchase by Seel (Optional Shipping Insurance)

At checkout, you may choose to add Worry-Free Purchase by Seel, an optional third-party shipping protection service.

This service helps protect your order against unexpected shipping issues.


📌 What’s Covered

1. Delayed Delivery

  • Domestic orders: Eligible if not delivered within 10 days after shipment
  • International orders: Eligible if not delivered within 30 days after shipment
  • Compensation starts from $5 (or local currency equivalent)

2. Lost Packages

  • Domestic orders: Considered lost after 30 days from shipment
  • International orders: Considered lost after 60 days from shipment

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, it may be considered porch theft and additional proof may be required.

Eligible claims may receive reimbursement up to the full value of the item(s).


3. Damaged Items

If your item arrives severely damaged and unusable during transit, you may be eligible for compensation up to the full item value.

Not covered:

  • Minor cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Incorrect items
  • Open-box / unsealed items

4. Carbon-Neutral Shipping

Seel offsets carbon emissions generated during the final delivery stage within your country.


⏱ Claim Deadlines

  • Lost package: within 7 days after tracking shows “Delivered”
  • Damaged item: within 7 days of delivery
  • Delayed delivery (international): after 30 days from shipment, within 90 days of purchase

  • Compensation is limited to the amount paid for the item(s)
  • Worry-Free Purchase cannot be canceled once the order has shipped
  • Claims are reviewed and processed by Seel
