18-month Warranty

Your new product is covered by our at least a 18-months warranty from the date of its original purchase. The Warranty starts counting on the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We hope that you love your AOHI products, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.

 

How long do I have to return or exchange my purchases?

You may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returns will NOT be given in the following situations:

Items with signs of use, wear and tear, damage, dings, scrapes, without manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.

Items with visible scuffs or marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Once the returned item arrives at AOHI's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

 

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the faulty product

Contact the AOHI customer service team by email at sales@iaohi.com to obtain a return shipping address.

 

Please include your order number and the reason(s) that you would like to initiate the return.

Please choose your preferred logistics company at personal cost.

Properly pack the product to reduce potential damage while in transport. After shipping the product(s), please inform us by email.

AOHI will process refunds within 3 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.

Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.

 

Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, a refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

 

Return shipping cost

For products with manufacturing defects:

iaohi.com will send a new one, replacement accessories, or a refund depending on your situation. Contact our customer service staff to begin the after-service process.

Products with no manufacturing defects:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When you ship the item, please consider using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance or import fee. Otherwise, AOHI cannot guarantee items are successfully returned.

 

Important Notice:

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging. AOHI does not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact AOHI Customer Service within 24 hours of acquiring the product.

Please double-check your returns before shipping. iaohi.com will not be held responsible for the return of non-AOHI official website products.

Worry-Free Purchase by Seel (Optional Shipping Insurance)

At checkout, you can choose to add Worry-Free Purchase, a third-party protection service powered by Seel, to your order.

This optional insurance covers:

Delayed delivery

Lost packages

Damaged items in transit

Claims must be submitted within 730 days of delivery depending on the issue. Seel will respond within 2 business days.

 

Claim Deadlines

To ensure eligibility, make sure to file your claim within the timeframes below:

Lost Package (marked as delivered but not received): File within 7 days of the tracking showing Delivered.

Damaged Item: File within 7 days of delivery.

Delayed Delivery:

International: File 30+ days after shipment, but no later than 90 days after purchase

 

Whats Included in Worry-Free Purchase by Seel?

Worry-Free Purchase is an optional protection service provided by Seel, offering extra peace of mind for your order. It covers the following:

1. Delayed Delivery

Domestic shipping: If your order hasnt arrived 10 calendar days after it was shipped, you're eligible for a $5 compensation.

International shipping: If the order hasnt arrived 30 calendar days after shipment, youre also eligible for a $5 compensation.

The compensation is made in your local transaction currency (e.g., 5 for Euro orders).

 

2. Lost Packages

Domestic shipping: If a package hasnt arrived 30 days after it was shipped, its considered lost.

International shipping: Considered lost after 60 days from shipment.

If the tracking shows Deliveredbut you havent received it, its treated as porch theft. Extra proof may be required.

Seel will compensate the full product value (based on the amount paid at checkout).

 

3. Damaged Items

If the item arrives unusable due to severe damage (e.g., broken, crushed, bent), Seel will compensate the full product value.

Cosmetic damage (like minor dents, scratches), manufacturer defects, wrong items, or unsealed products are not covered.

 

4. Carbon-Neutral Shipping

Seel offsets the carbon emissions for the final leg of delivery within your country.

 

Notes:

Compensation per item is capped at the price paid at checkout.

Once your order ships, Worry-Free Purchase cannot be canceled.

 

How to File a Claim

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase by Seel, you can file a claim in just a few steps:

Check your email inbox (the one used when placing your order) and look for a message from Seel. This email contains your Policy ID and a list of covered items.

Click the "Report an Issue" button in the email. It will take you to your personalized Seel Claims Center.

Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your claim based on the specific issue (e.g., delayed delivery, lost item, or damage).
